FLOUMART primarily evaluates the market value of artworks by tracking the "Artistic Coefficient" of an artist's pieces, which is a mathematical formula recognized by professionals in the art market: the economic value of the artwork = (length + height) x coefficient.

However, for traditional Chinese art forms like paintings, ink paintings, and calligraphy, the size of the artwork remains a crucial factor in determining its price.

Is a certificate of authenticity provided?

All artworks for sale on FLOUMART come with a certificate of authenticity that is signed by the artist. Furthermore, all editions (prints, photographs etc.) are numbered and signed by the artist.

How long does it take for FLOUMART to deliver my order?

We typically deliver orders within 7 days of purchase. Delivery time may vary depending on the country of departure and the country of destination of the products bought.

What happens if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

Take photos of the packaging and of the actual damage to the products. The more photos we have, the easier it is for us to assist you.
