- Please note that made-to-order products, such as a commissioned artwork and custom and made-to-order design pieces, are not eligible for return or refund.

- We pay for return costs, so it is 100% free of charge.
- This includes re-packaging, pick up, shipping, customs, etc.
What is refunded?
You will receive a full refund, which includes the price of your item and the shipping costs.
